European Oak
 
| European oak has a yellow-brown to dark Brown heartwood colour which is very obvious to the pale-brown sapwood. Oak grows all over Europe and partly Asia. The trees matures to a height of 30 meters. The trunk is straight and up to 15 meters free of branches. The wood dries slowly and can move after installation. Because of the contents of tan in the wood, Iron will corrode. |
